The Womaninity Program
A hand to hold through your fertility journey.
A 10 week supported group experience
Fertility can take up so much space - in your thoughts, your relationships and the way you experience everyday life.
Through education, guided reflection, practical wellbeing tools and connection with other women, you can explore what you need and how you want to navigate the journey ahead.
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally, preparing for treatment or undergoing IVF or other fertility care, you are welcome here. You do not need to be at the same stage to share the need for understanding and support.
Womaninity creates space to care for the woman moving through it all.
At the heard of Womaninity
Practical support, shared understanding and space to explore what feels right for you.
These three themes run through the whole program, supporting the woman at the centre of the fertility journey. Each week brings a learning module, space for personal reflection and a facilitated group circle. Together, they offer opportunities to understand something new, explore your own experience and consider what feels useful in your life.
-
Support
Space to feel heard and supported through the uncertainty of fertility. Guided conversations, education and practical wellbeing tools help you explore what you need and find ways to care for yourself between appointments.
-
Connection
Come together with women who understand how much a fertility journey can ask of you. Share experiences, hear different perspectives and reconnect with yourself, your relationships and the parts of life that matter to you.
-
Possibility
Make room for new perspectives, greater self-understanding and choices that feel right for you. Explore what remains within your hands and how you want to move forward, while allowing hope and uncertainty to exist together.
A 10-week supported group experience combining education, guided reflection, practical wellbeing tools and facilitated conversation.
Explore stress awareness, nourishment, and life beyond fertility with women who understand the uncertainty of the journey.
Self-awareness, guided reflection and practical support run throughout all six pillars.
You will have space to consider what you are learning about yourself and how to bring what supports you into the days between appointments.

Practical Support between appointments
Whether you’re navigating IVF, working with practitioners or finding your own way, this program offers gentle support and practical tools to help you feel more supported, connected and confident throughout your journey.
Over ten weeks, we begin with where you are now, explore practical wellbeing tools and make space to reconnect with yourself and life beyond fertility. Each stage builds towards identifying what supports you and what you want to take forward.
Explore each stage below.
Your ten-week journey
-
Share your story, explore what is happening for you now and identify where you would welcome support. Make space to feel heard and begin connecting with the group.
-
Learn about stress, recognise your own responses and explore breathing, mindfulness, gentle movement and simple wellbeing practices you can use in everyday life.
-
Explore nourishment, energy and your body’s cues. Consider supportive everyday choices and make room for joy, creativity, connection and your identity beyond fertility.
-
Explore fertility’s impact on your relationships. Consider how to approach difficult questions, social situations and pregnancy announcements, and identify the support and boundaries that feel right for you.
-
Reflect on what you have learnt about yourself, which tools you want to continue using and the small steps you would like to take next. Bring these together with your resource toolkit to return to beyond the program.
